Patient transport tables with electric height adjustment for easy operation

These patient transport tables, which are equipped with a motor, offer easy control and operation of the height adjustment.

The mobile base with central adjustment is equipped with four large double swivel castors. These make it easier to drive over indoor obstacles such as door thresholds or power cables. All four castors are connected to each other by rods and can therefore be released or locked in place with just one step. Coloured markings (green = stretcher can be moved, red = stretcher is locked) on the pedals make positioning easier. For easy accessibility, there is a foot pedal at the head and foot ends of the patient transport table.

The patient transport tables wiht height adjustment are indispensable:

  • To provide users with optimal working conditions in terms of height, for example when transferring patients from an operating table or surgical tables of a different height,
  • To offer ease of operation as well as pushing and steering,
  • To make it easier for patients to get on and off.

They are available in six configurations with lacquered and chrome-plated frames as well as upholstery widths of 650 mm, 800 mm and 1,000 mm.

Features

These mobile transport tables are based on our electric height-adjustable examination tables, which are equipped with castors with a central locking system.

  • They are available in three widths:
    • Width 650 mm, Article No.: H-U 1065/E 930LRZ and H-U 2065/E 930LRZ,
    • Width 800 mm, Article No.: H-EKG 1080/E 930LRZ and H-EKG 2080/E 930LRZ,
    • Width 1,000 mm, Article No.: H-GYMK 10100/E 930LRZ and H-GYMK 20100/E 930LRZ.
  • The stability and robustness is achieved by the gusset plates in the frame corners.
  • The wide base frame ensures a high stability.
  • The upholstery frames of the patient transport tables are made of blank steel:
    • Lacquered, Article No.: H-U 1065/E 930LRZ, H-EKG 1080/E 930LRZ and H-GYMK 10100/E 930LRZ,
    • Chrome-plated, Article No.: H-U 2065/E 930LRZ, H-EKG 2080/E 930LRZ and H-GYMK 20100/E 930LRZ.
  • The upholstery thickness for both tabletop sections (headrest and main surface) is 64 mm.
  • The height adjustment (500 - 930 mm) is done by an electric motor, which is controlled via a hand switch (alternatively, at no extra charge, via a foot switch). The adjustment system is equipped with a key lock. Drive specifications: 230V, 50/60 Hz., 3.7A, 850W, IPX4, v=11mm/s, 10,000N.
  • The headrest is continuously adjustable up to +40° and secured with clamping rod locking mechanism.
  • The patient transport tables are equipped with double castors, Ø 125 mm,with a central locking system. The four swivel castors are connected to each other by rods, with foot pedals to lock in position or release located at the head and foot ends of the table.

Castors

Ø 125 mm, double castors with central locking system

In the above tables, the term 'frame' only defines the nature of the upholstery/tabletop frame. The height adjustment mechanism and the base frame are only available in a lacquered version.

The standard configuration includes:
  • Mobility in the form of a central locking system, double swivel castors Ø 125 mm, all four castors offer excellent rolling properties and are connected to each other by rods, foot pedals are arranged diagonally at the head and foot end, easy to operate and with coloured markings (green = table ready for moving, red = table locked in place).

We offer the coloured lacquer coating of the frames as standard in the following three shades (see frame colour selection card):

  • light grey (RAL 7035)
  • white aluminum (RAL 9006)
  • pure white (RAL 9010).

The high quality finish has a glossy look. It is disinfectant resistant and easy to clean.

Other colours are of course also available. Please let us know the desired RAL colour so that we can find out the corresponding additional costs. Please note, however, that these products are then considered type variants with no right of return. 

The artificial leather covers we use are characterized by their tear resistance, durability, longevity and their good cleaning properties as well as their resistance to disinfectants.

We use a (colour) selection from the synthetic leather covers VOWAled Pisa (Vowalon). The colour selection card can be found here.

In addition, we offer you the service of manufacturing the upholstery in other colours or from other synthetic leather manufacturers (type variant). After prior agreement, please send us the relevant references.

The black electrically conductive synthetic leather cover (with equipotential bonding socket on the frame) is available at an additional cost. It is already included in the price of the operating tables and multifunction tables.

INF-1720/VA Infusion holder, CrNi steel, bottle cross with 4 hooks, infusion rod 1,700 mm long, Ø 18 mm, includes a screw-on fastening clamp, which is fixed on the left or right side of the upholstery frame (please specify when placing the order). Retrofitting is only possible to a limited extent.

KVG

Headrest adjustment via gas pressure spring (instead of clamping rod mechanism), release button located directly on the headboard. Retrofitting is not possible.

Chrome-plated, consisting of two mounting kits, two brackets and a paper roll holder bar (length 615 / 795 mm, Ø 20 x 1 mm), for mounting on the upholstery frame.

SL-AWLShock position/Trendelenburg adjustment, approx. 11°, the upholstery frame at the foot end is equipped with a gas pressure spring, release button embedded in the upholstery frame. Retrofitting is not possible.

The accessory components mentioned above are just a small excerpt. The following accessories are also available: surgical standard rails in various lengths, push handles, all-around edge/impact protection, wall deflector rings in the four corners of the table, patient belts, positioning aids, face cutout in the upholstered headrest and padded insert for closing.
