Warranty for a duration of three years
AGA Sanitätsartikel GmbH grants a three-year guarantee on its products. During this period, all repairs resulting from material and manufacturing defects will be carried out by us free of charge. The time period starts from the invoice date. Statutory material defect claims remain unaffected.
Damages resulting from the following are not covered
- Incorrect installation or storage or non-observance of the operating instructions.
- Improper operation or stress, for example use of unsuitable cleaning agents and disinfectants.
- External influences, e.g. transport damage, damage caused by shock or impact, damage due to the weather conditions or natural phenomena, e.g. rust due to the formation of condensation as a result of large temperature fluctuations.
- Repairs or modifications made by third parties.
