AGA-URO-MAT, AGA-URO-LIFT, AGA-URO-MED Examination chairs for urology
The urology examination chairs are hard-wearing, easy to use, and characterized by their functionality. Thanks to the (electric) adjustment options and the specialized accessories and equipment components, they offer the best possible working basis for every user.

from AGA Sanitätsartikel have been specially developed for urology. They are each equipped with an electric motor for adjusting the seat section. While the AGA-URO-MED has a fixed height, the AGA-URO-MAT and AGA-URO-LIFT models are still equipped with an electric height adjustment (650 - 850 mm) at the factory. On the AGA-URO-MAT, the back section adjustment is also electric.
The working heights can be adjusted continuously up to 1,160 / 1,175 mm (measured at the front edge of the seat) using the full motorized adjustment range.
The ergonomic upholstery of the backrest and seat ensures a very high level of comfort. The integration of a foam wedge in the backrest eliminates the need for an additional bolster. A cutout is incorporated in the seat section.
Features
- The AGA-URO-MAT and AGA-URO-LIFT examination chairs are equipped with electric height adjustment (650 - 850 mm). Thanks to the precision double square guides, the height adjustment takes place without lateral offset.
- The seat cushions on the AGA-URO-MED can be easily reached via a foot step mounted on the floor frame. The tread of the footrest is made of polyethylene and has a non-slip surface. To avoid disturbing the patient during examinations, the foot step can simply be folded back towards the column.
- A Trendelenburg position of 30° can be achieved using the electric seat elevation and the adjustable back section.
- The back section can be adjusted up to + 54° on the:
- AGA-URO-MAT, Article No.: UUS-3060/EEE, using an electric motor,
- AGA-URO-LIFT, Article No.: UUS-3060/EE, by gas pressure spring,
- AGA-URO-MED, Article No.: UUS-3058/E, by gas pressure spring.
- The maintenance-free and extremely quiet electric drives used are controlled by foot switch (alternatively - at no extra charge - by hand switch). The adjustment systems are equipped with key locks. Motor connection values (each): 230V, 50/60 Hz, 3.7A, 850W, IPX4, v=11mm/s, 10,000N.
- The floor frame, which is equipped with levelling feet, ensures a secure stand.
- The impact- and scratch-resistant covers of the column and base frame, like all other components, are easy to clean and keep hygienically clean.
- The different upholstery thicknesses of the seat (85 mm) and backrest (85 - 135 mm) provide a very high level of seating comfort. This is achieved through the use of different, coordinated foam densities.
- There is a cutout in the seat cushion.
- A pair of standard rails, made of stainless steel, dimensions 25 x 10 mm, length 350 mm, are attached to the side of the seat section to accommodate leg support systems.
- The gyroscopic sink included in the scope of delivery, dimensions 330 x 300 x 100 mm (W x D x H), moves in parallel to the seat elevation. It therefore ensures a high level of splash protection, even in the uppermost position. The gyroscopic sink is supplied with a bottle siphon, drain and inlet hoses, a tap with aerator and backflow preventer (in accordance with DIN EN 1717) and a flushing nozzle.
- An earthed socket is integrated into the back of the column for connecting a colposcope, for example.

The standard version includes:
- A pair of standard rails attached to the side of the seat.
- Supports (right / left side) for a colposcope holder.
- An earthed socket on the back of the column.
- A cutout in the seat cushion.
- A parallel gyroscopic sink.
- A paper roll holder screwed to the back section.
- A floor frame with levelling feet.
- The foot switch(es).
- A fold-away footrest (only on the AGA-URO-MED).
We offer the coloured lacquer coating of the frames as standard in the following three shades (see frame colour selection card):
- light grey (RAL 7035)
- white aluminum (RAL 9006)
- pure white (RAL 9010).
The high quality finish has a glossy look. It is disinfectant resistant and easy to clean.
Other colours are of course also available. Please let us know the desired RAL colour so that we can find out the corresponding additional costs. Please note, however, that these products are then considered type variants with no right of return.
The artificial leather covers we use are characterized by their tear resistance, durability, longevity and their good cleaning properties as well as their resistance to disinfectants.
We use a (colour) selection from the synthetic leather covers VOWAled Pisa (Vowalon). The colour selection card can be found here.
In addition, we offer you the service of manufacturing the upholstery in other colours or from other synthetic leather manufacturers (type variant). After prior agreement, please send us the relevant references.
The black electrically conductive synthetic leather cover (with equipotential bonding socket on the frame) is available at an additional cost. It is already included in the price of the operating tables and multifunction tables.
