Instrument tables are used for operations, examinations and treatments to provide the necessary surgical instruments and other required equipment.
Stainless steel instrument tables for the operating room
The instrument tables are characterized by high-quality materials and workmanship. The frame and table top are made entirely of stainless steel. Thanks to the electrically conductive double castors, the instrument tables are not limited in their scope, but can be used wherever they are needed.
The manually height-adjustable tabletop, fixed with a clamping handle, guarantees that all users can set an optimal working height.
The instrument tables from AGA Sanitätsartikel differ in the design of the base and therefore also in terms of the possible risk of tipping, in their load capacity.
The instrument table, Article No.: ZT-3060/4, can be loaded with up to 15 kg. The base has the shape of an "H", consists of a longitudinal and two cross braces and is equipped with four electrically conductive double castors, two with brakes.
The instrument table, Article No.: ZT-3060/3, can be loaded with up to 5 kg. The base has the shape of a "T", consists of a longitudinal and a transverse strut and is equipped with three electrically conductive double castors, two with brakes.
Features
- The tabletop, dimensions 600 x 400 mm (L x W), features a raised side edge of 15 mm.
- The stainless steel tabletop is continuously height-adjustable (840 - 1,435 mm) and can be secured with a screw clamp lock.
- The electrically conductive double castors (castor Ø 75 mm), of which at least two with brakes, enable the mobility of the instrument tables.
- The bases are:
- H-shaped, Article No.: ZT-3060/4,
- T-shaped, Article No.: ZT-3060/3.
- The tabletops can be loaded with;
- 15 kg, Article No.: ZT-3060/4,
- 5 kg, Article No.: ZT-3060/3.

The standard configuration includes:
- A set of castors, 2 of which have brakes.
The artificial leather covers we use are characterized by their tear resistance, durability, longevity and their good cleaning properties as well as their resistance to disinfectants.
We use a (colour) selection from the synthetic leather covers VOWAled Pisa (Vowalon). The colour selection card can be found here.
In addition, we offer you the service of manufacturing the upholstery in other colours or from other synthetic leather manufacturers (type variant). After prior agreement, please send us the relevant references.
The black electrically conductive synthetic leather cover (with equipotential bonding socket on the frame) is available at an additional cost. It is already included in the price of the operating tables and multifunction tables.
The electrically conductive MEDISTAT (Cotting Group / Griffine) synthetic leather cover we use is especially suitable for medical use and is available in the colour black. The MEDISTAT synthetic leather consists of a cotton/polyester blend and a coating of 100% PVC compound. It is characterized by its tear resistance, durability, longevity and good cleaning properties as well as its resistance to disinfectants. More information about the composition and cleaning and care of MEDISTAT synthetic leather can be found here.
The black electrically conductive imitation leather cover (with equipotential bonding socket on the frame) is included in the price for the operating theater and multifunction tables. For the other products, it is available at an additional cost.
The delivery of the operating tables with NON-conductive synthetic leather covers with different colours (see upholstery colours) is also possible. The tables are then custom-made with no right of return.
We also offer the option of having the upholstery done in other colours or brands of synthetic leather. The corresponding materials should be sent to us, subject to prior arrangement. Please talk to us!
