Examination tables that can be adjusted in height independently from the power supply are a frequently requested product. This possibility is offered by the examination tables with hydraulic height adjustment and also the variation with manual height adjustment.

The hydraulic system is operated by the built-in foot pump. To adjust the upholstered frame upwards, the lever is to be stepped down with the foot, and to lower the upholstered frame, the stepping lever is to be lifted with the foot.

The examination tables with hydraulic height adjustment are available in three frame finishes (lacquered, chrome-plated and stainless steel) as well as two widths (650 mm and 800 mm).

Features

The examination tables with 2 sections are the basic models of all our couch series in terms of upholstery, structure, dimensions and drilling pattern.

  • In order to avoid rocking and swinging movements of the tabletop, the hydraulically height-adjustable examination tables are manufactured with precision double square guides. As a result, the height adjustment takes place without lateral offset.
  • The hydraulics are operated by the centrally installed foot pump. Height adjustment can, of course, also be carried out with heavier patients (up to 200 kg) without any major effort. To be able to operate the hydraulics from both sides, it is possible to install an additional foot lever. This is available at an extra charge (Article No.: FPH-10).
  • The examination tables with hydraulic height adjustment are available in two widths:
    • Width 650 mm, Article No.: H-U 1065/Y, H-U 2065/Y and H-U 3065/Y,
    • Width 800 mm, Article No.: H-EKG 1080/Y, H-EKG 2080/Y and H-EKG 3080/Y.
  • The stability and robustness is achieved by the gusset plates in the frame corners.
  • The height adjustment mechanism is made of lacquered blank steel.
  • The profiles of the upholstered frame are made of:
    • Lacquered blank steel, Article No.: H-U 1065/Y and H-EKG 1080/Y,
    • Chrome-plated blank steel, Article No.: H-U 2065/Y and H-EKG 2080/Y,
    • Stainless steel, Article No.: H-U 3065/Y and H-EKG 3080/Y.
  • The two upholstery segments (headrest and main surface) each have a thickness of 64 mm.
  • The crossbars of the flat base construction, which are chrome-plated and equipped with levelling feet, are more resistant to external influences (e.g. vacuum cleaner knocks, etc.) than a plastic-coated version.
  • The headrest can be adjusted continuously up to +40° and locked in place by a handle with a clamping rod mechanism.

In the above tables, the term 'frame' only refers to the upholstered tabletop frame. The height adjustment mechanism is only available in lacquered finish and the crossbars (with levelling feet) in chrome-plated finish.

The standard version includes:
  • Levelling feet on the chrome-plated crossbars.

We offer the coloured lacquer coating of the frames as standard in the following three shades (see frame colour selection card):

  • light grey (RAL 7035)
  • white aluminum (RAL 9006)
  • pure white (RAL 9010).

The high quality finish has a glossy look. It is disinfectant resistant and easy to clean.

Other colours are of course also available. Please let us know the desired RAL colour so that we can find out the corresponding additional costs. Please note, however, that these products are then considered type variants with no right of return. 

The artificial leather covers we use are characterized by their tear resistance, durability, longevity and their good cleaning properties as well as their resistance to disinfectants.

We use a (colour) selection from the synthetic leather covers VOWAled Pisa (Vowalon). The colour selection card can be found here.

In addition, we offer you the service of manufacturing the upholstery in other colours or from other synthetic leather manufacturers (type variant). After prior agreement, please send us the relevant references.

The black electrically conductive synthetic leather cover (with equipotential bonding socket on the frame) is available at an additional cost. It is already included in the price of the operating tables and multifunction tables.
