Depending on the model, our products are available in different frame finishes (lacquered, chrome-plated, stainless steel). Further information can be found on the individual product pages.

Frame finishes

Many of our products are available in three different frame finishes:

Lacquered,
Chrome-plated,
Stainless steel.

With products from AGA Sanitätsartikel with lacquered frames, you have the option of choosing the colours and thus matching them directly. For example, the frame colours of the patient transport table or the treatment table can be matched to the frame of the X-ray table. Due to the uniform frame colours and upholstery colours, a coherent room concept can be used and implemented for the benefit of patients and users.

High-quality frame colours for your medical furniture

The metal parts to be lacquered are first degreased and cleaned. After an appropriate drying phase, the priming takes place. After another drying phase, a covering coat of paint is applied to the metal components.

We offer the lacquer coating of the frames as standard in the following three shades:

Light grey (RAL 7035),
White aluminium (RAL 9006),
Pure white (RAL 9010).

The colour composition generally complies with DIN EN ISO 10993-5:2009-10 "Biological assessment of medical devices, Part 5: Testing for in-vitro cytotoxicity".

Cleaning and care

The high quality finish has a glossy look. It is disinfectant resistant and easy to clean.

The lacquered frame components should be cleaned with a soft brush and a mild soap solution (commercially available washing-up liquid diluted - no cleaning with organic solvents). After cleaning, the frame should always be rinsed with water and dried with a soft cloth.

Other frame colours are also possible

From the many different colour options, AGA Sanitätsartikel has opted for three common colours as standard. Other colours are of course also available. Please let us know the desired RAL colour so that we can find out the corresponding additional costs. Please note, however, that these products are then considered type variants with no right of return.
