Serving our customers since 1975
The company AGA Sanitätsartikel GmbH was founded in 1975 by Ute and Manfred Walter. With the first product, a portable massage bench, the course was set for the future.
Due to the high demand, the production hall with adjoining office complex built in 1975 quickly reached its limits and was expanded in 1984. Furthermore, another dedicated facility was built in 1990 to increase production and storage capabilities.
A company in constant evolution
Through innovations and product developments, the product portfolio has been continuously expanded over time. Today it covers practically everything from the "simple" universal table to the operating table.
Our range of products includes tables, couches and chairs for the areas of surgery, X-ray, MRT, phlebology, neurology, cardiography, gynaecology, urology, rectoscopy, proctology, massage and therapy, orthopedics and transfusion. The corresponding accessory components and the multitude of different small pieces of furniture, such as (swivel) stools and chairs, (mobile) drawer units, medical screens, instrument and side tables, footrests and infusion stands complete our offering.
In product development, we rely on our many years of experience and close dialogue with practicing physicians and users. This interaction, taking into account the legal requirements and regulations, ensures safety-conscious and comfortable products that create the ideal framework for every examination, treatment and therapy.

AGA Sanitätsartikel is at home in Löhne in Western Germany (between Hannover and Bielefeld). Growing step by step, we have developed into an efficient manufacturer of medical furniture. Employees in sales, administration, development, construction, logistics and production develop and produce compelling solutions for users and patients.

AGA Sanitätsartikel products are in demand all around the world. From our original location in Germany, provides medical furniture solutions to customers in Germany, Europe and worldwide, only through a reliable network of specialized distributors.
At (international) trade fairs, AGA Sanitätsartikel presented its products to trade visitors and established contacts with sales partners and new customers. Today around forty percent of all deliveries are exported. Doctors, physicians, users, institutions and patients all over the world trust products and appreciate the flexibility which we implement customer requests with.
